Operations have always been the backbone of business. Today, it is also the battleground. Supply chains are under pressure. Demand patterns are shifting. Cost volatility, labour disruption, and digital complexity are no longer exceptions to manage — they are the permanent conditions under which operations leaders are expected to perform and grow.
The gap between functional competence and strategic operations leadership has never been wider. Most professionals in operations roles already carry deep domain knowledge; all they need is a structured framework to connect that knowledge to enterprise-level decisions — across procurement, supply chain design, manufacturing, logistics, and service delivery.
